We're on the hunt for a Customer Support Rockstar to join our team! As a Customer Support Rockstar, you'll be the voice of our company and help our customers with their orders, inquiries, and complaints. You'll also have the opportunity to develop sales and service opportunities to generate revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the superhero liaison between customers and our company
- Tackle complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other queries with ease
- Develop sales and service opportunities like a pro and recommend potential products or services to management
- Build long-lasting relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication while providing service with a smile
- Save the day by resolving customer complaints and technical queries via phone, email, or mail within the time limits and follow up to ensure complete resolution
- Work with the Aftermarket team to make sure our customers are getting the best service in town
- Be the email master and manage a large number of incoming emails like a boss
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies like a true professional
- Keep everyone in the loop on inquiries, schedules, and shipments, including forwarding tracking numbers and following up
- Be a part of the dream team and participate in the development and refinement of aftermarket processes, functions, and services; This includes analyzing key performance indicators or another measure, tracking transactions and trends
- Know the ins and outs of shipping requirements for each specific market, including document requirements, importation rules, duty structures, and other shipping logistics
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents like a boss
- Help with pricing structures, market feed, and market-specific pricing information like a genius
- Know and understand workplace health and safety rights and responsibilities, always follow safe work procedures, and act safely
- Do whatever it takes to save the day and other duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Proven customer support experience (you've got this!)
- Excellent communication and people skills (you're a people person!)
- Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office (you can handle anything techy!)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once (you're a multitasking pro!)
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills (you can chat with anyone!)
